Fundamental Engine Electronics Training (F.E.E.T.)

Let's face it, electronic control of vehicles is here to stay. Demands for reduced emissions and greater fuel economy are increasing electronic control of engine functions. To be successful, today's professional technicians need to have a complete electronic background. Recognizing this need, FEET focuses on the essential electronic functions found in the automotive field. Key components of this course include circuit design, wiring principles and the use of electronic testing equipment. Armed with a diagnostic chart, a scope, and a wiring diagram, the in-service technicians enrolled in FEET get a hands-on approach to industry-wide electrical testing, diagnostic and repair techniques. Prerequisite: In-Service Experience
